With bed-worthy comfort, this Sleeping Mat is a lightweight, full-length closed-cell foam sleeping mat that features an aluminized surface for added warmth and best for colder nights.

Adopting a unique egg-carton style design, this sleeping pad / mat not only retains heat but also massages the body in order to relieve fatigued bodies caused by a long day’s hiking. This sleeping pad is lightweight – built for extreme alpine hiking or long-distance backpacking when shedding weight is essential.

Aluminized surface strengthens the heat conduction, wet penetration, and anti-corrosion. Includes stuff sack for a convenient storage, this closed-cell foam sleeping pad is ready to withstand years of use and abuse.

Note : This is an ex-demo unit, it has been set up only for a few hours for product photography purposes and is in perfect, usable & otherwise good condition. The package is complete, & there is no manufacturing defect apart from some very light markings at the side due to it being set up for photography. This is a very good deal for this price.

RETURN POLICY


How are exchanges, refunds & cancelations issued?

All exchanges, returns & cancellations must be in its original condition and packaging. Exchanges, refunds & cancellations must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. Postages are non-refundable.



What if I received a broken / damaged item?

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to check the goods upon arrival and notify us if there is a problem, as we strictly do not refund, replace or exchange after 30 days. If your item is damaged in transit, please send us at least one clear image of your item and its damaged packaging (including the box you received in) to customercare@novaprosports.com.au.



Do you charge restocking fees?

Yes, we do. All exchanges, returns & cancellations are subject to a 20% or AUD12.00 admin & restocking fee, whichever is higher, unless we made an error on shipping.



Who will bear the postal charges for goods returned?

Customers are responsible for the postages of returning goods with registered mail, unless we have made an error on your order.



Do you offer a warranty on your products?

At Novapro Sports, all our tents and wetsuits come with a 1 year manufacturer defect warranty. Please note that the one year warranty will cover only tents and wetsuits. For tents, the pegs and ropes (that come with the tents) are not covered. We also do not cover wind damage. For wetsuits, the zippers, lining, and elastic strings used from wear and tear or rough handling are not covered.



How Novapro Sports evaluates tents or wetsuits damage for warranty coverage?

Novapro Sports' warranty does not cover damage caused by natural breakdown of materials that occurs inevitably with extended use (e.g., Ultra Violet (UV) light damage on tents, exhausted zippers), or defects caused by accident, animal attack, misuse, or improper care.



How can I process warranty claim for damaged products?

In the event where there is any problem with your product due to manufacturing defects, please email us with your purchase invoice and send pictures of the defect, and we will arrange for an exchange of a new item for you. If we no longer stock the existing product, we will offer you the newer model or a similar model with your approval.
